Description
A tribal style rug with horizontal bands of orange, rust, deep red and burgundy across the centre, each band carrying small motifs like trees, diamonds and little animals. A soft aqua frame with a faded edge surrounds the stripes, and a navy border with red squares and star shapes runs along the top and bottom. The side panels repeat the striped pattern in smaller blocks.
Cream tassels with a few coloured threads finish both ends. It has a handmade, nomadic look and brings a lot of colour to a room without feeling formal. It suits a living room, entryway or study, and looks good against neutral walls, leather furniture or natural wood.
